DAVID LAING
TRUSTEE / CHAIRMAN

David, a well respected and leading figure in the county became Chairman of the board in February 2010 and brings a wealth of experience to lead the Charity on the next step of The Alley's iconic journey.
David is also a former High Sheriff of Northamptonshire and is active in many areas. He is an architect and is also on the board of a number of companies. He is a trustee of charities including The Northamptonshire Community Foundation, The Northamptonshire Association of Youth Clubs, St Andrews Healthcare, United Church Schools Foundation, and is on the Board of Governors of the Kettering Buccleuch Academy.
David always encourages organisations and young people to make the best of their potential and participate to the full. His coat of arms features the motto, "Let your light shine".
BRIAN WARD
TRUSTEE / VICE CHAIRMAN

Brian has 2 daughters and 3 Grandchildren and has lived in North Northamptonshire all his life. He has spent 30+ years in the quarrying and waste management industry. Over this time Brian gained valuable knowledge and experience in business management. Since 2007 Brian has been involved with Adrenaline Alley® as a Business Champion helping to progress and develop the facility and staff. We are proud and honored to have him as our Vice-Chairman. Brian's interests are rugby, Geddington volunteer fire brigade and his beautiful home and massive gardens.
JUDY CAINE
TRUSTEE / DIRECTOR

Judy has run a successful multi-media production company since 1994 – founded originally in London and re-located to Corby in 2006. She now lives in Corby with her partner Paul Balmer and their young son Karl (age 10). In 2011 she became a local councillor and was proud to be appointed Mayor of Corby for 2013/14. It is in this role that Judy first heard about Adrenaline Alley when asked to open both halls 2 and 3 in 2013. Drawing on her skills as a documentary producer she put together a team of industry professionals and local young trainees to produce ‘Adrenaline – Triumph out of Tragedy’ (50 min doc available on I-Tunes from 1st Nov 2014). Every sale of this will bring much needed funds into the Alley. Judy got the ‘Alley bug’ when working on this film and hopes to use her local knowledge, press experience and infectious enthusiasm for the Alley to help take it forward to the next level of operation.
MANDY YOUNG
TRUSTEE / FOUNDER / DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Born and bred in Corby and married to Paul they have Jodie aged 14. Mandy along with her son John (passed away Sept 2010 age 24) founded Adrenaline Alley® in 2002. Now Johns legacy, Mandy has continued to drive the Charity forward and is responsible for developing Adrenaline Alley® making it bigger and better for the future. Mandy has won many awards for her work, including the BBC Enterprise in Sport award. Mandy needs no excuse for a party, she is well known for her 'wicked' nights out and her love of Tequila!
PAUL YOUNG
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Hailing from Jedburgh, Scotland, Paul is married to Mandy. Paul joined the Alley in Sept 2008 and was captured by the vision, enthusiasm and commitment of those around him and immediately stamped his mark. Coming from a large corporate background he found working with a social enterprise a welcome and refreshing change. He enjoys the unique atmosphere of the Alley as well as the camaraderie between participants and the staff.
JOE DICKINSON
TRUSTEE DIRECTOR

Joe Dickinson, a qualified Town and Country Planner held management positions in sales and marketing at Ford Motor Company and subsequently as a consultant he managed projects from £50k to £50m as VP and Partner at A T Kearney before establishing the strategic consulting arm of Ricardo plc and taking over Rockingham Motor Speedway. After selling Rockingham Joe a County Ambassador manages a portfolio of business interests and has been working for and supporting the Charity for over 4 years. Specifically he has leveraged his business experience to develop AA’s business planning and monitoring process together with the Charity’s finance, accounting and control processes. Joe has also helped build the current development plan and led the charity’s research, many funding proposals, the recent successful planning application and work on AA’s broader strategy.
HARRY TUCKER
PARK MANAGER

Harry has been managing here at the Alley since the beginning of 2014 and as a die hard bmxer himself shows a passion for the role as well as being in the know when it comes to the industry. His roots lay in marketing and after graduating with a first in business management, he found himself here doing what he loves. When he is not working he can be found blasting around the performance bowl in building 2 or pulling back as hard as possible on the trails pro line in the summer evenings. Whenever he takes holidays he is always sure to have a flight booked for his next adventure with his bike.
DAVID REILLY
WEBSITE DEVELOPER / IT MANAGER

Dave applied for the Website Developer vacancy in May 2012 to take control and develop a new website and internal access control system for our new development systems. Dave has proved to be a real asset and an extremely valuable addition to the team. He continues to come up with networking and system solutions and no job is too big or too much trouble. He loves a bit of golf and guitar and can be seen playing around town with his band, Redneck Jesus!
SAMANTHA MARSHALL
RECEPTIONIST / PARK ASSISTANT / SUPERVISOR

Samantha, Sammie or Sam joined the Alley ranks in January 2012 and has established herself as a good all round member of the team. Her main focus is on reception where she can be found singing, singing in the kitchen, singing in the park and singing just about anywhere, especially at acoustic nights in the pubs an clubs around Corby. She says she also has a keen interest in photography and rides to work on her BMX (singing).
NICKY BROWN
PARK MANAGER

Nicky is one of the long standing local inline skaters who has helped the charity since 2002. Having started as a volunteer with a passion for skating and bikes (especially motorbikes) Nicky moved on to become a valuable member of the team achieving his L3 national coaching certificate and has progressed from being a part-time member of staff to Park Supervisor and is now training to become full-time Park Manager.
MATTY CARLISLE
PART-TIME PARK ASSITANT / COACH

Matty is becoming one of the UK's top vert skateboarders and after volunteering to do some of our all-nighters has now joined the team on a casual basis. When he's not off around the country and Europe smashing it in competitions he can be found at the Alley either working or skating in his free time. Matty has a big future in the sports so we are lucky to have him as a skateboard coach and employee for as long as we can.
ZAK LOWE
PART-TIME PARK ASSITANT / COACH

Zak lives in nearby Rockingham and is another of the newer members of the team. He is a keen skateboarder and is interested in fashion, music art & design. He is currently studying art and works as a coach and park assistant around his college commitments. Zak joined us an employee after volunteering as a coach at our training club and hassling us for a job! He has since established himself as a hard worker and is a reliable member of the team.
REECE YOULES
PART-TIME PARK ASSITANT / COACH

After working at Poundland and volunteering as a scooter coach at our training club Reece decided he wanted to join the staff at Adrenaline Alley and joined us in July 2015. Reece is a sponsored scooter rider and competes in national competitions where he is establishing himself as one of the top competitors. He juggles his competitions and riding while working at the Alley and continues to coach 1-2-1 sessions and at training clubs most Wednesday's.
KEIRA SWAN-MCCAY
PART-TIME KITCHEN & CAFE ASSISTANT

Keira joined the team in June 2011 and has been back and forward to the Alley as a part-time employee a few times becoming one of the reliable and familiar faces around the park and in Kitchen. She was involved with the Adrenaline Alley® media project which was launched in late 2011 and is a valued member of the team with her caring personality, commitment and obscenely long false eye-lashes!
CHRISTELLE ESCOFFIER
CAFE MANAGERESS

Born in Genas, France, Christelle came to the UK after spending a year in Australia with her fiancee, Max. Once they had visited the Alley they decided to move to Corby because of the skatepark and the people. Christelle applied for a role at the park and with her passion and expertise for cooking (especially cakes!) she quickly established herself as Kitchen Assistant. However, because of her superb organisational skills and super efficiency she has now become Cafe Manageress and has sole responsibility for running our new Cafe. Allez, Christelle!
JOHN DOWMAN
PARK SUPERVISOR / BMX COACH

John joined the team as Kitchen & Park Assistant in October 2014 and has worked his way up to Park Supervisor. Commuting from Cambridge everyday his dedication, loyalty and passion for the Alley is commendable. With his qualification as a bike mechanic he is an important part of the Alley's future. Not only can he fix bikes but he has a passion for BMX & motorbikes and can he cook as well. A great all rounder he is definitely a valued member of the team.
JAMIE DELARGY
PART-TIME PARK ASSISTANT

Jamie has recently been added to the Adrenaline Alley team and joined us in early October 2014. He is confident, outgoing and always happy to help. His interest in working for the skate park comes from his dad who was a park manager when the Alley first opened. He is a talented cricket player and used to play for the Northamptonshire Academy. Jamie's long term plan is to graduate from University some day but until then we are happy to have him on our team!
KIERAN COLLARD
PART-TIME PARK ASSISTANT / COACH

Kieran is one of the Alley's newest members of staff and has established himself as a favourite with the younger riders and their parents due to his cool coaching skills. Kieran lives in Wellingborough but commutes to the park regularly when he's not working just to be part of the scene at Adrenaline Alley. He is a popular 1-2-1 coach and the kids & parents regularly ask for his help and advice which he is only too happy to give.
